The Stench of Man

Farmers smell like
sweat and mud and poop,
mixed with
dust and old hey and overalls,
along with
rocks and animal and sunshine.

Also known as the stench of man...

I wrote this for you Kase.

  1. Campers smell like
    Sweat and dirt and oxygen,
    Mixed with
Rain and dirty t-shirts and sneakers,
    Along with
Quick showers and unseen animals and nature.

thought you might want to know what Ive smelt like the past week. I haven't had a decent shower in five days, but it was worth it. I freaking love camping. It's one of the best experiances I've ever had. We went up to NH this year, so beautiful up there; it's trees galore! Dude, I gotta tell you about it, it's awesome up there. There was so much art in the one little town. The whole main center was either an art store, a gallery, a handmade/thrift shop, or a gourment cafe. I would lice there. Even though I want to live in a city and that town has less than 500 people, I would live there.

And I would say everything is true but the overalls. Farmers have been in jeans since they were created and hit big in the states, back in the mid-1800's.

I'm not sure if I should be vaugely offended, or not. I really don't know.

  2. How would you know what farmers smell like if anything they would probably smell like dirt, mud, maybe even carrots. I think farmers breath is the worst because they are to busy picking their crops and keeping critters out that they don't even have time to brush their teeth.
